Converse Bank - Armenia issued the following announcement on Oct. 26.

Converse Bank has joined another state housing support program - "2020-2023 State Support Program for Housing of Families with Children", under which potential beneficiaries have the opportunity to receive financial support from the state when purchasing an apartment.

The program has three components, within the framework of which financial support will be provided in the following directions:

One-time financial assistance in regional settlements: in case of purchasing an apartment – for the financing of prepayment / repayment of loan principal, and in case of construction of a private house – for the repayment of the principal amount of the mortgage loan.

- Financial assistance to young families for prepayment insurance

- Financial support upon childbirth - by means of partial repayment of the mortgage loan principal.
