BNP Paribas - Ukraine issued the following announcement on May 24.

On May 22, 2019, the rating agency "Expert Rating" confirmed the long-term credit rating of UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group at uaAAA level on the national Ukrainian scale, which means the highest level of creditworthiness. Such a high score indicates the reliability and stability of the bank.

When making a decision to upgrade the rating, the agency took into account the results of the bank's work for the first quarter of 2019, as well as the statistical reporting of the bank for 2018 and January-April 2019.

The agency highly evaluates the financial performance of the UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, in particular, the ability of the bank to generate significant amounts of profit that has been demonstrated over the past 9 quarters in a row. The share of non-working loans (NPL) in the loan portfolio of the bank is 3.8 times less than the average market rate. The portfolio of bank assets is well diversified, which positively affects its quality.
