Anelik Bank - Armenia issued the following announcement on July 30.

IDBank reconsidered the terms of mortgage loans, as a result of which the loan interest rates were lowered.

The bank lowered as the National Mortgage Company RCO by the refinanced mortgage loan rates (including "Warm Hearth" provided loans), as well as the Program for Youth refinanced mortgage loans by refinancing rates.

Under new conditions, mortgages and repairs of residential property renovated by the National Mortgage Company will be provided in Armenian drams starting from 10.9% annual interest rate *, while the flat mortgage rates for mortgages by flat mortgages (3.4% in the markets, 5.4% in Yerevan) :

Mortgage loans can be provided for a maximum of 180 months under these programs.

Let's remind that the Bank offers flexible conditions for mortgage loans, depending on the amount of advance payment, loan amount, term and interest rate based on the loan.
