Promsvyazbank (PSB) said on Thursday that it has received the Crystal Garnitura Award for Best Call Center in the Financial Sector and Best New Call Center for its call center in Yaroslavl.
The award recognizes call centers within Eastern Europe and Eurasia, including Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan.
PSB was honored for being what the awards committee considered the best call center for customer service in the Russian finance sector.
"The impression the client gets from accessing the contact center is a measure that significantly influences the attitude toward the bank," Olga Tsegelnaya, PSB's director of remote maintenance, said. "The purpose of our work is to every day, every minute, form a good customer experience using the best professional and personal qualities of the team -- this is a guarantee of success."
The award categories include insurance, telecommunications and finance, among other fields.
