Gazprombank, RANHiGS expand collaborative efforts

Gazprombank said on Wednesday that two agreements were signed between the bank and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANHiGS) to expand research and educational ventures.

The agreements stipulate that cooperative ventures would increase in the areas of research activity and development of training and skills programs in vocational fields for bank employees, as well as supporting the educational process overall. The agreements also stipulate that both organizations will provide opportunities for students to get practical experience in their educational fields and will develop internship programs that facilitate future employment.

Andrey Akimov represented Gazprombank, and Vladimir Mau, rector of the academy, represented RANHiGS.

RANHiGS was established in 1977 and was reorganized in 2010. It is considered to be one of the largest institutions of higher and professional education in Moscow. It is also considered a consultative body within the government of the Russian Federation
