RosBank has announced that its instillation of the public art project "Unusual Christmas Tree" placed third in the Association of Russian Bank's (ARB) ranking of marketing ideas on Jan. 16.
The bank's installation consists of an upside-down ice cream cone that was installed at the entrance to Gorky Park. The theme for this year's "Unusual Christmas Tree" was the enlargement of everyday objects. The public art project has been a part of Moscow's program for decorating parks in the city. The sculpture stands at 15.5 meters.
The projects that took the first two spots in the ARB rankings included a program that users could support the planting of trees in Russia's national parks and an initiative to organize children's events for large families and patients treated within the Department of Oncology and Hematology at the Moscow Children's Hospital.
The "Unusual Christmas Tree" project is supported by the Moscow Department of Culture.
