The Bank of Moscow said Tuesday that it has granted a credit line with a limit of $10.9 million for three years to the State Unitary Enterprise Housing Construction Fund of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The project has built homes throughout the region since 1997. Up to 2012, the group had built approximately 32 million square feet of buildings in both residential and nonresidential capacities.
They have built structures in 21 cities and 45 districts of the republic, implementing over 1,000 projects. The fund acts as the managing body, having worked with over 60 contractors to finish the various projects.
"The Bank of Moscow pays special attention to funding projects of high social importance in the regions of Russia," Evgeny Monin, director of the Corporate Sales Department of the Bank of Moscow, said. "Our experience in this area, a large number of examples of an effective cooperation with companies throughout the country, and the continuous improvement of banking products and services provide our customers with additional opportunities for business development."
