Kazkommertsbank and BTA Bank recently received recognition and awards from J.P. Morgan for high quality in payment processing and funds transfers.
J.P. Morgan, a correspondent bank, issued the award for Kazkom's and BTA's use of the SWIFT system. In 2013, 97.72 percent of Kazkom's transactions were completely error-free, as were 99.15 percent of BTA's, despite the fact that both banks used fully automated systems. Such high percentages indicate superb customer service within these banks.
The award recognizes the important relationship between bank and customer, wherein the speed and accuracy of transactions and transfers are of the utmost importance.
J.P. Morgan Chase regularly recognizes excellence within its correspondent banks globally and has been awarding them since 1997.
