Rosbank announced Tuesday it has reached the second phase of bringing the bank’s mortgage lending program in line with a new retail banking strategy for development.
Bank subsiudiary Delta Credit will handle mortgage clients within specific cities and regions including Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, Pskov, Novgorod, Vologdam Yarislavi, Kostroma, Tverm Smolensk and the Komi and Karelia Republics.
Clients in thesde locations will sign mortgage lending agreements directly with Delta Credit while still having access to Rosbank’s experts.
This transformation was announced as part of Russia’s Societie Generale Group banking plan, a multi-stage program designed to improve retail and mortgage services through 2017. According to the announcement, the bank expects changes to be implemented by year’s end.
