Raiffesisenbank – Russia issued the following announcement on Sept. 3.
Raiffeisenbank resumed accepting applications for mortgage loans at a preferential rate of 6.5% within the additional limit of state subsidies. The program applies to the purchase of housing in a new building. The preferential interest rate is maintained for the entire term of the agreement. Offer available until November 1, 2020.
The initial payment must be at least 15% of the value of the purchased property. The maximum loan amount is 12 million rubles in Moscow, St. Petersburg , Moscow and Leningrad regions and 6 million rubles in other regions of the country.
“We are delighted to return the preferential program to our mortgage portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to quickly and easily solve your housing problem and improve the quality of life, – said Anton Krasilnikov, Head of Mortgage Lending Development at Raiffeisenbank. “You can find a suitable housing option, leave an application for a mortgage at 6.5% and get approval on the Raiffeisenbank website within one day.”
Earlier, Raiffeisenbank became the first Russian bank to have exhausted the allocated limit on preferential mortgages due to active demand from customers and a dynamic growth in the volume of loans issued in May and June.
