Armenia’s ARMBUSINESSBANK CJSC has issued and placed foreign-currency coupon bonds that will mature in two years.
The bonds have an 8.50 percent annual yield and are expected to be listed on the NASDAQ OMX Armenian stock exchange.
Coupon profit payments will be made each quarter on the bonds.
The bank issued a total of $1 million worth of these bonds. The bonds will be redeemed on Jan. 23, 2019.
