IDBank has completed the second phase of the "Build a Career with IDBank" project, as a result of which 13 job applicants have been recruited.

At the final event on October 30, participants were awarded certificates, most received job offers and are now members of the IDBank team. According to Sona Manucharyan, Head of the Bank's HRM Board, both the first and the second stages of the program were successful, and if the first stage had two-month undergraduate students with no experience in the bank, the second phase also provided an opportunity for graduates who had completed five years applicants with little experience.

“In the first phase we had a lot of applicants who didn't meet our requirements in part, but there were many who we would like to see in our team, so in the second phase we decided to broaden the scope and include both students and university graduates, but with work experience. people who do not have, ”said Sona Manucharyan.

The goal of the "Build a Career with IDBank" program is to provide students with additional knowledge and experience, while also addressing their employment issues. The courses are delivered at the level of the Bank's department and department leaders, both individually and in groups, and cover key topics related to banking.
