Black Sea Trade & Development Bank visits Azerbaijan to boost business relationships

A delegation from Black Sea Trade & Development Bank (BSTDB) recently returned from a trip to Baku, Azerbaijan, to discuss the bank's plans for the region.

Bank representatives met with several officials, including Sahib Mammadov, deputy minister of economy; Elman Rustamov, chairman of the Central Bank; and Nigar Mammadova, deputy chairperson of the Financial Markets Supervision Authority, according to a press release on the bank's website.

The team from BSTDB showed off some of the bank's offerings that it said would benefit the local economy and local businesses, according to the release. More than 100 local business representatives attended the presentations, offered in partnership with the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation. Afterward, bankers met with potential clients.
