AccessBank's General Assembly of Shareholders has named Rolf Reichardt as the new chairman of the management board.

Reichardt replaces Michael Hoffmann, who was the chairman for five years. Reichardt has been the bank's executive financial manager since 2014.

“I look forward to working with the strong AccessBank team to continue the successful work of my predecessor as one of the leading banks in Azerbaijan by offering up to date and reliable financial services to our clients,” Reichardt said in a press release.

Before joining AccessBank, he held various risk-management roles for some the largest banks in Germany. He has a doctorate from Goethe University Frankfurt and studied economics at the University of Auckland, University of Kiel and University of Utah.
