AccessBank is offering a new mobile app to its customers to perform bank transactions efficiently via mobile devices.
The app, called myAccess, is available for Android and iOS platforms.
"The lifestyle of people has rapidly been changing and smartphones have become an integral part of their personal and business life,"
said Anar Hasanov, deputy CEO of AccessBank. "For sure, along with the development of digital technologies, the customer service channels are changing as well. The experience of recent years reveals that while the number of our online banking users has been showing an upward trend, the need of clients to receive direct banking services has been decreasing."
Digital banking technologies widen the geographic reach of the bank while expanding convenience for clients no matter where they are, Hasanov said.
"We understand that banks that actively realize the delivery of banking services via digital channels ... will be in a more advantageous position in the future," he said.
All access to bank information through the app is highly secure, according to the Baku, Azerbaijan-based bank. The application will undergo continual updates to add new features and functionality.
The myAccess app is available at App Store and Google Play.
