UniBank issued appointments to their managerial staff of the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) and the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) divisions on Wednesday.

Within the CIB division, there have been two deputy head positions added to the managerial structure, with Olivier Khayat and Gianfranco Bisagni filling them.

In the CEE division, Enrico Minniti has been appointed to the head of CEE, a position previously held by Bisagni. Andrea Diamanti will be taking Minniti's spot as the head of financing for CEE. Later, a more senior position will be awarded to Mauro Maschio, who currently serves as the head of CEE's retail department; his position will be within the CEE division. Csilla Ihasz will take the place of Maschio.

"The growth of global trade and the increasingly significant cross border activities of corporates around the world offers new opportunities to support our clients internationally," Deputy General Manager and Head of the CIB Division at UniCredit, Gianni Franco Papa, said. "Our new setup will allow us to give more focus to international business development while continuing to expand our investment banking product capabilities to optimize the financing needs of our clients, including mid-tier corporates which have increasing access to capital markets and operate globally."
