Promsvyazbank (PSB) said on Tuesday that it has launched a new campaign to attract entrepreneurial clients by offering business-account services without set-up fees.

The bank said attracting small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) is a key priority. The program also offers bookkeeping services free of charge for those individuals and entities that sign up by March 31. 

"Transactional business services are most in demand among businesses, which is why we strive to offer our customers the most favorable conditions that will save at the initial stage of service," Vladimir Shatalov, senior vice president and managing director of product and technology development for SMEs at PSB, said. 

The bank offers several services to small businesses and entrepreneurs, including a variety of loan types and deposit service. Transactions involving SMEs and the bank can be handled at any branch, which number over 140 across the Russian Federation.
