CBonds ranked Otkritie FC Bank the second-best player in Russia's debt capital market in 2014, the bank said on Wednesday.
CBonds said the bank was successful in managing and organizing 48 transactions that amounted to $2.6 billion, leading to the bank taking up 12.87 percent of the debt capital market in the federation.
In underwriting, the bank took part in managing issuer emissions amounting to $2.4 billion.
The bank also was recognized by CBonds for excellence in investment banking, brokerage management for private and institutional investors on the bond market and for having the best dealings in primary placements for sub-federal and municipal bonds.
The bank previously has ranked in the top five in multiple categories, most recently in 2012 and 2013.
CBonds surveyed 30 financial institutions' and banks' performance in multiple areas within the Russian Federation's domestic bond market.
