The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) is inviting investors to bid on the Engineering Procurement Construction Supervision services for a new waste water treatment facility, the U.S.-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce said Tuesday.
The bidding is open to legal domestic or international entities so long as the bid comes from a nation that is not restricted by Azerbaijan economic relation laws. Participants should have experience in developing engineering technology that deals with waste water management or within the confines of the chemical industry, and they should have the necessary financial means to make a bid.
Those wishing to bid on this process should submit a statement of interest, documents that showcase experience in this arena, annual and turnover reports from the past two years, certification that the entity does not owe taxes and reference letters.
