B&N Bank's board of directors has elected Mikhail Gutseriev as its chairman and Sergey Maryin as deputy chairman.
Shareholders also elected a new board of directors consisting of Gutseriev, Angelika Anshakova, Georgy Arakelyan, Sait-Salam Gutseriev, Said Gutseriev, Alexander Lukin, Kirill Lyubentsov, Sergey Maryin, Avet Mirakyan, Petr Morsin, Sergey Popov, Alexander Filatov and Mikail Shishkhanov.
"It is a natural part of B&N Bank's development. Mikhail Gutseriev is the founder and key shareholder of B&N Bank – he is and will continue to be the Bank's main source of support," Mikail Shishkhanov, the bank's co-owner, said in an announcement. "In addition, Sait-Salam Gutseriev and Said Gutseriev joining the board of directors is entirely logical in the context of the structure of the family business. Nothing changes in terms of operational management of B&N Bank – I will continue to run the bank as president and CEO."
