Promsvyazbank (PSB) said on Wednesday that it has launched a new service for clients that allows payment orders to be made via mobile devices.

The client takes a photo of the payment document with his or her mobile device, then sends the photo to the bank through the FotoSchet system application. The service is available to all clients of the bank. 

"Remote service is in demand in small business, and our task is to offer businesses the most convenient banking service that allows you to quickly and comfortably carry out payment transactions," Vladimir Shatalov, PSB's senior vice president and managing director of product development and technology, said. "Now customers can take advantage of the new PSB services available through the mobile application, which is an essential tool for any modern business."

This new service adds to the bank's offerings for small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs), which have become a top priority for the bank.
