FUIB restructuring underway in merger's wake

The First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) said on Friday that the restructuring of its network has begun as a result of its merger with Renaissance Credit Bank.

It is not just about change of sign," Natalia Kosenko, deputy chairwoman of the FUIB management board, said. "We will improve the performance of each branch. For this purpose, FUIB improves the locations of branches, streamlines service processes and increases the quality of service."

Two locations, branch Nos. 1 and 5, have moved to new addresses. Branch No. 1 is now located at 23 Titova St., Krasnogvardeisky district, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine, and branch No. 5 is now located at 7 1/2 Lenin St., Central district, Nikolayeve, Ukraine.

The bank said the unified bank's network restructuring should be completed by the end of 2015, with a total of 187 branches in more than 40 towns and other municipalities throughout the country.

The merger was finalized last week.
