Promsvyazbank (PSB) recently was ranked third among the top five banks operating in the Russian private banking sector.

As part of a study conducted by the Frank Research Group, the bank also received the Private Banking Mystery Shopping Award. 

The study utilized "secret shoppers" who went through the process of becoming a client for the banks that were surveyed. They reported on customer service issues, what each bank had to offer and  the quality of the counseling provided by bank staff.

"In the segment of private banking service quality - a key indicator of the effectiveness and success [is] working with clients," Tatliana Voloshkin, vice president and head of private equity and investment management at PSB,  said. "For us, a high place in the ranking - the proof is correct the course. We intend to strengthen our position in the segment, providing our customers with the highest level of service and products."
