Vozrozhdenie Bank (VB) said on Friday that it was ranked third most usable remote banking service in a study from Markswebb Rank and Report.

Clients of VB can perform a number of operations through the bank's remote services including ATM deposits, account statements that are available at all hours through their website and other services from home or their mobile device.

"We have implemented a number of innovative products, available for our clients online 24/7 via the multichannel remote banking service," VB Head of Banking Cards and Remote Sales Alexey Trebushnoy said. "Today with Internet and mobile bank, ATMs and payment terminals, a client can open a deposit, replenish it with cash or via non-cash transfer, make a partial withdrawal as well as get a statement of his/her accounts or information on deposits, etc." 

For the rankings, Markswebb personnel tested the bank system by placing deposits and using the online and mobile services as a client would.
