Dutch business services boosted by growth

ABN AMRO Bank announced on Monday that growth over the course of 2014 has increased the demand for business services in the Netherlands.

The announcement states that growth of approximately four percent overall was propelled by rising volumes as prices remained static. They also report that some business service providers, specifically those involved with security and cleaning, have seen declines in volumes.

The banking group expects that this trend in business services will continue into 2015, with estimates currently at 4.5 percent.

Earning models are being developed as structural bottlenecks become an obstacle for service providers. One model that is specifically mentioned is low-priced, simple services that aim to attract consumers that are able and willing to purchase more advanced and more expensive services through online channels.

ABN AMRO Group is based in the Netherlands and has subsidiaries in several countries; their office in Moscow opened in 2013.
