Alfa Bank said on Monday that the website I Love SPs ranked it the No. 1 most technologically advanced bank in its "Best Banks for Business" analysis.
The bank also made the top three for customer service.
The ratings were based on client turnover data and a survey conducted by the website to determine what entrepreneurs looked for in a bank. I Love SPs' content caters to entrepreneurs and small businesses.
"Our main objective is to provide to entrepreneurs and small businesses with convenient and easy-to-use tools for working with the bank," Denis Osin, Alfa Bank's director of sales and distribution, said. "We strive to hear our customers, understand their needs, so we are eager to get feedback from entrepreneurs, as well as from independent companies operating for the same clientele."
Alfa has allowed clients to access business accounts through "Alpha Business Online," which began in the summer of 2014.
