The Bank of Moscow announced Friday that it was selected to open and manage accounts for the Fund for Overhaul of Common Property in Apartment Buildings.
The nonprofit organization supports the overhaul of common property within apartment complexes to allow space to be used by all tenants such as facilities, elevators and utilities that affect the entire complex.
"The Bank of Moscow confidently expands the area of servicing of regional funds for the overhaul of common property in apartment buildings throughout the country," Bank of Moscow Vice President Maxim Kokorin said. "And this victory in the tender for servicing accounts for the Regional operator of Kaliningrad Region confirms once again the competence of the bank, as well as the competitiveness and attractiveness of our offers for this market segment."
