Rosbank said the amount of its clients utilizing the Internet has increased by 20 percent during 2014.
Rosbank said Monday that a number of different tools and services for Internet and mobile clients makes handling banking and account services easier.
"In 2014, the total number of users of Internet banks reached more than 1.1 million customers," Rosbank Director of the Department of Remote Services Victoria Selezneva said. "New business strategy is focused on the improvement of Rosbank transactional banking with convenient and clear remote services. We hope that the new services will enable our customers to more effectively manage their finances at any time, without visiting the bank office."
Rosbank also said Monday that a new mobile application is in development for iOS and Android devices that will allow clients to perform multiple banking related activities such as paying bills and making transfers.
