Promsvyazbank's (PSB) Smart Money service was recognized Thursday with an award that signifies excellence in retail business development.
The bank introduced the system in October 2013, and it allows clients to manage their finances within the bank in an online format. Clients can do several tasks, including budgeting, creating income and expense categories, and analyzing month-to-month spending. It also allows users to compare spending habits with other users of the system.
"Recognition of the leading position in the market of Internet banking is important for us as professionals from the retail market and our customers. To date, every 10th customer of our online banking service uses Smart Money. In the long-term development of the service, we are considering several directions, including development and implementation of mobile and tablet applications," PSB Managing Director of e-business Algirdas Shakmanas said.
The awards are presented by Retail Finance magazine.
