Fourth Belarusian-Slovenian Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation meeting wraps up

The Belarusian and Slovenian delegations convene at the fourth meeting of the Belarusian-Slovenian Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation.

The fourth meeting of the Belarusian-Slovenian Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation concluded on Tuesday in Ljubljana.

The Belarusian delegation was headed by Alena Kupchyna, the deputy minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Belarus. It met with the Slovenian delegation, which was led by Stanislav Rascan, the director-general for economic diplomacy for the Republic of Slovenia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Both delegations included representatives from several of each country's government ministries, including foreign affairs, agriculture, chambers of commerce and industry, among others. Private companies wishing to work with Belarus were also welcome to attend, as the meeting provided opportunities for business leaders and officials from both countries to network.
