Armenian financial institution ArmBusinessBank (ABB) opened a third branch in Artik, in the Shirak Region of Armenia, on Wednesday.

The opening celebration included the ribbon being cut by Artik Mayor Arsen Abrahamyan and ABB CJSC Executive Board Chairman Arsen Mikayelyan, as well as a traditional prayer for the success of the branch in the future.

Services available at the new branch include loans, deposits and international money transfers, among others.

“As it has already been promised, 'ARMBUSINESSBANK' CJSC continues to improve the accessibility of its services by opening new branches, and today we are present at the opening ceremony of 'ARTIK' branch, which is the third branch of our Bank in Shirak region," a bank representative said. "ARMBUSINESSBANK seeks to strengthen its competitive positions by expanding the geography of presence throughout the country, providing in the meanwhile quality banking services. The density of population in Artik is rather high, which enables us to justify the need for opening a branch in terms of the efficiency of its economic activity."
