Tajikistan sees growth in deposits

Growth of credit organizations in Tajikistan is on the rise following a trend of increased legal and physical entities, according to a report released by the National Bank of Tajikistan on Tuesday.

Deposits in credit institutions at the end of August were up 16.9 percent over this point in 2013. Analysis of the deposits showed deposits of legal entities are up 34.1 percent and deposits of private individuals are up 65.9 percent. Statistical data shows the average weighted interest rate in deposits in national currency to be 15.11 percent and foreign currencies to be 12.11 percent.

Based on this data there is significant growth in Tajikistan.
