Visa recently recognized First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) as the bank with the lowest amount of protested payment transactions.
Based on data of all transactions during 2013, FUIB had the fewest disputes in the CEMEA (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. Visa's annual Service Quality Performance Awards honored FUIB for its devotion to customer service. FUIB received the Lowest Non-Fraud Chargeback Rate honor.
The honor serves as an acknowledgement of the strength in professionalism and leadership at the processing center, leading to an overall positive customer experience. These achievements come from vigilant work on the part of FUIB to ensure accuracy, efficiency and service to the customer.
"Leading positions in the Visa rating confirm high quality, the level of accessibility and reliability of the FUIB services," Tomasz Wisniewski, the chief operations officers at FUIB, said. "As a result, the level of operating expenses of the bank and its partners for support of transactions is much lower than average on the market."
