The Republic of Armenia Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan met with Argentine businessman Eduardo Eurnekian on Tuesday to discuss collaboration, current and upcoming projects, and mutual support in various endeavors.

Eurnekian is president and CEO of Corporacion America, a global holding company whose diverse business endeavors include managing the Armenian airport. 

During the meeting, Abrahamyan expressed appreciation of Eurnekian's activities in Armenia. Abrahamyan also said that the Republic of Armenia government offers its support for any programs implemented in the country. 

Eurnekian, who is of Armenian origin, congratulated Abrahamyan on his appointment to the prime minister and expressed confidence that the cooperation with the new government will be successful as well. Additionally, the two men discussed various aspects of the businessman’s ongoing projects and those on the horizon.

In addition to managing airports, Eurnekian's company is involved in infrastructure development, mining, financial services, energy, agricultural, wine, nano-technology and microchip production.
