The First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) released the results of survey research from MASMI Ukraine on Thursday that indicated 98 percent satisfaction from bank customers with its service among small and medium-size enterprise (SME) clients. 

The survey included 120 SME owners and employees in Ukraine.

Survey results found that for SMEs, fast cash and payment services, as well as employees who were open to clients' questions and requests, were important. In the past year, FUIB has implemented new operational methods, leading to quicker resolutions for clients. 

“We aim at being the best bank for small and medium-size business," Aleksey Volchkov, FUIB's deputy chairman of the board, said. "For this purpose, we keep analyzing the needs of our clients, receive feedback from them and implement the required changes in servicing as soon as possible, and develop new offers and services. Through such an approach, we manage to ensure a high level of customer service despite a 15 percent increase in our client base over the past year."
